SweetWater Bay is a charming beachfront retreat on North Captiva Island, offering private beach access, spectacular bay views, and unforgettable sunrises. Designed with relaxed “Old Florida” style, this 3-bedroom, all–en-suite home comfortably hosts up to 10 guests and is perfect for three couples or a small multi-generational family seeking both connection and space.
Each bedroom features water views, plush bedding, luxurious linens, and premium bath amenities. Two suites offer king beds, and the third includes two doubles, with additional kid-friendly sleeping options available upon request. The home is thoughtfully stocked for families, including a high chair, booster seat, pack n’ play, monitor, porch gate, beach toys, and games. We are proudly pet-friendly and LGBTQ+ friendly.
Indoor living includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances (Vitamix, KitchenAid mixer with ice cream attachment, Le Creuset cookware, DeLonghi coffee system), a spacious dining table for 8–10, comfortable seating, smart TV, and high-speed internet.
Outdoor living is where SweetWater Bay truly shines. Enjoy the expansive sundeck with lounge chairs, dining table, umbrellas, and a hot tub overlooking the water. Relax on the screened porch with a daybed and card table, rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach walk, or gather at the shaded tiki bar beneath the deck featuring a sink and full-size refrigerator — perfect for sunset cocktails.
Included are two 4-seat golf carts, ping pong, cornhole, kayaks, paddleboard, and access to a shared private dock for fishing and dolphin watching. Guests may also enjoy access to both the Safety Harbor Club and Island Club (additional fee), offering pools, hot tub, pickleball, bikes, kayaks, dining, and more.
