Sunny By You Beach House, newly updated with a fresh, modern and island chic vibe, has 4 bedrooms and accommodates up to 10 guests. Our beach home includes a 6-seater golf cart and is pet friendly. The home is steps from spectacular Sunset Beach as well as the beautiful Reserve Land trails. There is a private, heated saltwater pool and pool deck with ample sun and shade lounging areas. Every aspect of the perfect beach vacation has been carefully thought through in this home.
In addition to the private pool, the ground level includes space for outdoor games (along with ping pong, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four, and more). A ground level mini-fridge keeps the drinks cold and the propane grill is perfect for all your grilling needs. The adjoining lot includes a full size sand volleyball/badminton court. The ground level pool shower is perfect after time at the beach or playing outside.
The open concept top floor of the home is beautifully and comfortably furnished with incredible light. The fully screened lanai provides gulf views and plenty of room. The upper level also includes the living and dining spaces, fully appointed kitchen and a half bath. The large sectional, other seating and 65” smart TV provides a great gathering place. You’ll also find lots of board games, coloring books for kids, jigsaw puzzles and more for those “inside days”. In addition, the house is equipped with Starlink high speed wireless internet for the use of guests.
The modern, stylish and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for your memorable Island meals. The kitchen also includes a tap with delicious, reverse osmosis filtered drinking water for your enjoyment. The large dining table seats 10 so there is room for everybody.
Downstairs, there are four bedrooms decorated and appointed for comfort. The master bedroom is en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, a bunk room has a queen with an XL full on top and the cute room has a full bed. There are two bathrooms and the full laundry center is also on this floor. There is also a roomy deck with plenty of furniture and shade umbrellas overlooking the pool.

Guests have full access to the entire 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, screened-in lanai, the private, heated saltwater pool, pool shower, breezy decks, and spacious open living areas. Enjoy the fully equipped, updated and modern kitchen, outdoor propane grill, and included 6-seat golf cart for exploring the island (a 4 seat golf cart is also available for rental). Have a fun time on the adjoining lot with the full size sand volleyball/badminton court. Upon arrival, Shally’s Seashells Property Management will meet you at the ferry and ensure that your group, luggage and any groceries are all transported to the home. By prior arrangement, our home includes use of an elevator that brings guests to the first level of the home. We recommend using the Island Girl Ferry to the Mainstay dock.

North Captiva Island is a magical place- there is nowhere else like it. The island is only accessible by boat or plane. This gorgeous barrier island has miles of natural beaches and half the island is in Florida State Park Reserve Land with lovely trails. There are just a few hundred homes, sand trails for roads, no cars with just golf carts for getting around. Sunny By You Beach House is on tranquil Oyster Shell Drive, on the “south side” of the island, steps from Sunset Beach and very close to the Reserve Land trails.
