Welcome to Sea La Vie Beach House, a calm and beautiful bayfront retreat on North Captiva Island. This home is designed for families and friends to slow down, reconnect, and savor the simple beauty of island life—warm breezes, soft morning light, and evenings under a sky full of stars.
Sea La Vie offers 4 bedrooms, including 3 private king suites, each with its own full bathroom, plus a cozy bunk room that’s perfect for kids or teens. The primary suite includes a king bed, private bath, and a balcony overlooking the bay. The second and third suites each offer king beds and en-suite baths, providing comfort and privacy for everyone. The bunk room creates a relaxed and playful space for younger guests to sleep and unwind.
The main living area is light-filled and open, with large windows that bring the water and sky right into the room. The living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together easily, creating a warm and welcoming place to cook, gather, talk, and simply be together. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals, long breakfasts, and sunset snacks and drinks.
Outdoor Living — Where Sea La Vie Truly Shines
Step outside and the bayfront shoreline is just steps from your door—calm, gentle, and perfect for shelling, wading, and watching dolphins and manatees drift by. Multiple decks and seating areas offer places to sip morning coffee, read in the afternoon shade, or watch the water glow at sunset. The outdoor shower is a favorite after beach time—simple, refreshing, and part of the ease of island living.
Guests also have access to the North Captiva Island Club, including two community pools, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a seasonal restaurant and bar.
Two golf carts are included, making it easy to explore the island. North Captiva Island is boat-access only, and we will help arrange ferry transportation and luggage handling to ensure a smooth arrival.
Sea La Vie is peaceful, warm, and welcoming. A place where time slows, laughter lingers, and memories become bright.
More About This Location
Guest Access
Please note that Sea La Vie does not have an elevator. To enter the home, guests will walk up two short flights of stairs with a landing in between to pause or set things down. The stairs are wide and sturdy, but the home may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility.
Upon arrival, our property management team will greet you, assist with luggage, personal belongings, and groceries, and ensure you are comfortably settled. They are also available at departure.
Guests have access to the entire home, private bayfront beach, multiple decks, and an outdoor shower, plus two golf carts for exploring the island. You’ll also enjoy North Captiva Island Club amenities, including two community pools, hot tub, and a restaurant and bar.
