Welcome to Manatee Haven—a luxurious, fully rebuilt four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath retreat designed for effortless island living. With beautiful views, high-end finishes, and one of the most expansive screened-in outdoor living spaces on North Captiva, this home is ideal for two families of four. We accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and do not allow pets.
Located just a quick walk or golf cart ride from one of the island’s most serene beaches, Manatee Haven offers the best of both worlds—proximity to the shore and a private resort-style experience at home. The ground level features a 15’ x 33’ heated pool, oversized hot tub, and a full outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, ice maker, and refrigerated drawers—all under a 3,200 sq ft screened enclosure with room to dine, lounge, and play without worrying about bugs or weather.
Inside, the heart of the home is an open-concept living area filled with light and island charm. The kitchen is stylish, functional, and beautifully appointed—perfect for cooking casual meals or enjoying takeout from the island’s restaurants. A spacious indoor dining table seats eight, and a large sectional provides the perfect spot for movies, games, or evening conversation. A covered Gulf-view lanai is just off the great room—ideal for morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Downstairs, all four bedrooms are tastefully designed with comfort in mind: two king rooms, one queen, and a queen/twin bunk room perfect for kids. The master suite includes a private screened lanai, and a full laundry center is located on the same level.
Climb the spiral stairs to the crow’s nest rooftop deck, one of the highest vantage points on the island, where you’ll enjoy unforgettable 360-degree views of the Gulf, Pine Island Sound, and surrounding nature.
