This is a spacious newer, built in 2021, 1650 sq ft open floor plan ranch home with vaulted ceilings and 8 ft doorways.   There isn 1 king master suite with En Suite, 1 queen master suite with En Suite, 1 king guest room and  kids room with 2 full size beds that share a bathroom, high speed Starlink internet, a golf cart, and more! Beautifully furnished with all new furniture and 5 new high def smart tv’s. The screened in front porch is a must for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is a brand new in-ground private pool/spa, outdoor kitchen and outdoor bar area.

Rental comes with one 4 person golf cart. Additional golf cart can be rented on request.

This peaceful and private island with long stretches of secluded beaches is accessed only by boat or small plane into a private airstrip. The island is approximately 4-miles long and a half-mile at its widest. A little more than half of the island is owned by the state of Florida and is managed as a preserve. This geo-park looks much the way it was 400 years ago–untouched by man. It is visited by hundreds of birds, some nesting on the shoreline.
