The home is elevated on pilings, so the main living spaces begin on the first floor, which is only accessible by stairs. Please note there is no elevator in this property. Stairs connect all levels, including access to bedrooms, living areas, and the rooftop deck. Two golf carts are included for guest use during the stay, making it easy to get around the island. The private beach path, pool area, propane grill, outdoor shower, and enclosed changing room are all exclusively for guest enjoyment, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay.
